    This is Founder Jeff 's 4th start-up in the fitness industry since 2009. He has been a competitive athlete, a fitness consumer, a coach, a fitness equipment retailer, and a fitness club owner. He currently owns and operates a mobile personal training service, and has used that business to invent, and refine our core product for/with real fitness consumers.

    VP Administration

    Caroline 's administrative, HR, and Payroll experience began as a recruiter with a staffing agency, and grew after she bought a Tutoring franchise. She holds an Integrated Accounting certificate from Mohawk College, and has a diploma in Merchandising from Fanshawe College.
