Eric is a former Peace Corps Volunteer in the country of operations, Benin, where he received a 9 week training on effectively working as an expat in Benin. He served as a Manager and Regional Coordinator of a satellite Peace Corps office, functioning as a consultant to top management at Peace Corps country headquarters regarding projects, security, and program efficacy as well as managing a staff of Locally Contracted Peace Corps employees.

Kassandra is the former head of marketing for the Costes-Cirgues vineyard in Sommières, France and assistant to a US wine importer. She has recently finished her Masters of International Business at INSEEC Business School in Lyon, France, where she will be pursuing her MBA in '13-'14. She currently works for the Credit Suisse bank in Geneva. She also has a number of contacts both in the US and Europe in wine and spirits distribution.

Jake is a recent graduate of the Intl. MBA at EDHEC Business School in Nice, France. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT with a concentration in Electrical Engineering and Robotics and a minor in Management from the Sloan School. He then obtained an MS in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA with a focus in design and manufacturing. Before starting his MBA, he worked for two years as a design engineer at a medical device company in LA.
