We sign members to come and train, get fit, and better motivate their lives by keeping them physically fit. We also teach them to respect themselves and others through the time spent in the gym learning the mindset of a humble and peaceful martial artist. The community will be better for having these strong proud young men filtering into society and I will be able to full fill my goal as a mentor to the youth of Juneau.
