Keith completed a Master’s in Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Marketing in the fall of 2011. Keith has also been trained on the principles of the Research and Integrity in Science and Engineering program and will be completing training with the Kauffman Global Scholars Program in June 2012. Keith has ten years of management experience and has been engaging as a consultant with startup and midsize companies.

Rick has completed a Master’s in Business Administration degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has industry experience in project leadership, product development and commercialization, manufacturing engineering, and product design. He has designed and managed the development of electronic products from the design phase to full commercial release, including working with international vendors and supply chains.

Chelsea is working towards a Doctorate in Material Science and Engineering, with a concentration in charge transport properties in photovoltaic materials, expecting to complete her dissertation by spring 2014. Chelsea has seven years of research experience in the material science field. Her previous research focused on electrical properties in organic thin film materials and lab scale device fabrication of organic thin films.

Nandita is currently working towards a Doctorate in Material Science and Engineering with a concentrated study in peptide synthesis and characterization for applications in biologically inspired and produced materials. Nandita has four years of research experience in the polymer technology field. Her studies have included research and development in synthesizing polyester resins to target specific chemical properties.

Pat completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance in the spring of 2011. He will be completing an Accounting Master's degree in the fall of 2012. Pat has four years of relevant work experience with JP Morgan Chase & Co. and Lincoln Financial Investments. He is currently an Experienced Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Assurance Services.
