Katrina Degel, a final year graduate student at NYU Steinhardt in Music Technology and a professional vocalist and voice teacher, is in charge of the initial software and technological design. Katrina is in charge of managing the website and app programming team as well as programming herself, research regarding the effectiveness of our app, and designing future concepts including upgrades and new analysis tools.

Brian Gill is a very successful professional vocalist and voice teacher, as well as full-time faculty at NYU Steinhardt as Director of Vocology. His expertise in vocal pedagogy and the use of software in the teaching studio is key to developing these programs. Brian is our Chief Content Officer and a founding partner.

Mitchel Elsen spent most of his professional life as an advertising executive in global ad agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi and Ogilvy, to name a few. In 2007 he founded TRS, a digital ad production shop, which he sold in 2012. In 2013 he launched RAZR in New York as an innovation content company, where he is currently President.
At Speech Empowered, Mitchel is responsible for marketing, sales and general growth.
