Charlie has been a senior leader in new technology, manufacturing, software development, marketing, consulting, and a professor in entrepreneurial studies. He has held senior executive positions from Director to CEO at technology companies in both small and large businesses, including Bell Labs AT&T and FidelityCapital. He sold his first start-up to LG. He has received 2 patents and a national award.

Vince oversees the company’s product development activities. He has spent over 35 years in the technology industry in Europe, North America, and Asia including: implementation and marketing of terrestrial wireless and satellite services; satellite data broadcasting network design; and satellite network system integration. He was co-founder of two teleports, and a start-up which was sold to LG.

Dave provides strategic technical planning and leads the engineering and technology design. He is also Managing Director of C21 Systems Ltd, in Chesterfield, UK, where he designs, implements, and delivers unique solutions, including data services and delivery mechanisms, process control equipment, and business solutions, as well tailors existing technologies to meets the specific needs of clients.

As managing director of CyByte, he has experience in full-stack data, digital practices, and databases in health, BFSI, technology, enterprise, startup, and SMB sectors. His team created Via Pathways at UPMC. This is a suite of Web-based decision-support tools Oncologists use in developing a treatment plan customized for each patient's particular type and stage of cancer. This software tool and others have been integrated with EHR systems.
