    Neil owned a vegan cooking school and published a vegan cookbook in Colorado in 1995. He co-owned a holistic health center in Frisco, CO as well. He has been an entrepreneur for 30 years. He is strong in sales and marketing. He is also a professional photographer. He started MSU Foods in 2011 after starting Veggie Trails in 2010, a food concessions trailer serving vegetarian cowboy food. He is outgoing and good with people.
