Currently am into the distribution business of MNC's but wish to diversify in manufacturing business of Quality focused Fly Ash Bricks & Inter Locking Tiles etc. To that i have indentified the Land & Machine and having working of Cost & BEP to support my calculation i can share the details as well. The approximate cost of the total automatic plant is of around 2.5 Cr excluding cost of land ( It will be on Rent ) and for semi automatic plant the cost is around 1.00 Cr. If i goes with semi automatic plant than it will take around 4 years to reach to break even point. Strength of this project is that raw materials required for this are easily available and market demand is very high even current players are not capable to fufill the demand.
