Mr. Christoph has a strong technology background and holds a degree in Computer Engineering. He has worked in a variety of engineering and management positions for three different startup companies, Plasma Sciences from 1992 to 1997, Objective Communications from 1997 to 1999, and Sycamore Networks from 1999 to 2003. From 2006 to 2011 Mr. Christoph held several management roles at L-3 Communications before co-founding ViVA International.

Mr. Whitaker has thirty-five years professional experience in international infrastructure development and institutional strengthening programs. He has a wide range of experience in institutional process and policy development and finance management. He has conducted global strategy and management consulting projects and development efforts throughout Latin American, Asia, Middle East, and Africa.
