Company Summary

The Fund is a debt investment venture fund with investors holding their ownership as limited partners. The Fund will make loans directly to Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), which in turn will lend to qualifying students. Through the establishment of a series of venture funds, we intend to meet our long-term goal of enabling a generation of students in developing countries to finish school with skills allowing them to graduate beyond poverty.
