Brad is a lifelong entrepreneur. His entrepreneurial passion took form in his undergraduate years, where he launched his first business selling carpet to incoming college students. After graduation, Brad quickly excelled in real estate, where among many accomplishments, he syndicated a multi-million dollar housing complex. Most recently, he was in charge of business development for Crypton Fabrics, where he developed and launched new products.

Jeb is a sales and distribution executive with proven success in multiple entrepreneurial endeavors. His entrepreneurial experience includes creating companies in the restaurant, children’s retail and landscaping industries. Most recently, he started a medical distribution company called Spinal Fuzion, LLC, which focuses on the spinal implant market.

Brad is an experienced Consumer Packaged Goods executive with expertise in marketing, sales, merchandising, procurement, brand management, new business development and finance. He has held roles of increasing responsibility throughout his career, most recently with Universal Music Group, where he partnered with Fortune 50 retailers such as Wal-Mart and Target, and was personally responsible for over 40% of the company's revenue.
