Vistelar, located in Milwaukee, WI, is a global training and online learning business focused on addressing the entire spectrum of human conflict at the Point of Impact. After working together for decades, the founders (Allen Oelschlaeger, Gary Klugiewicz and Dave Young) formed the company late in 2009.

Today Vistelar is a $700,000 business with five employees, 15 subcontracted trainers, four published books ("Confidence In Conflict") and over 1000 instructors who have been certified in Vistelar’s methodologies. Revenues come from both live and online training programs and information product sales.
