We develop, invest in, and operate rural utility projects. A rural utility is a collection of distributed energy generation and smart-grid distribution assets that is financed and operates independently. It serves customers with high-quality, low-cost power that can be used to increase productivity. We believe that rural power consumers are credit worthy and projects that sell power to them can attract traditional infrastructure capital.
