John McCallum, CEO and Founder of Virum, was born in Scotland, UK, and attended The Metropolitan University of Manchester where he graduated with an Honors degree in Biological Sciences. Mr. McCallum has twenty years experience in business development, product sales, and distribution management in the medical device and healthcare industries and is responsible for leading the Virum team and creating a global success for the company.

Rich Buck has been a senior software engineer since 1981. In 1994, Rich established Bits R Us, Inc., an independent consulting firm. As a consultant, Rich has developed software for vision correction equipment, cranical pressure monitors, arthroscopic surgical equipment, automatic defibrillators, automatic drug delivery devices and body fluid warmers.

Robert Sullivan has over 30 years experience in electro mechanical production spending the last 10 years in the non invasive cardiology market. Robert holds a number of patents over a wide range of engineering applications , his innovative thinking being a strength he brings to the Virum team.
