Mr. Shawn Bonneau has over 2 decades of hands on experience in all phases of the construction industry. Mr. Bonneau built his first business in 1995 and has since developed and managed over $100 million in construction projects. In 2008, Mr. Bonneau founded Reliable Contractors, a residential and commercial remodeling company. In 2011, Mr Bonneau Co-founded Rapid Remodel an online kitchen and bath remodeling company that serves San Diego county.

Mr. Slava Khristich holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic University of Odessa, Ukraine. He has extensive experience in information technology and custom software development for over 18 years. Mr. Khristich has hands on experience with large systems architecture, custom software design and development as well as team leadership.

Mr. Kurt Kilby's background is in finance, procurement and negotiations with his Bachelor of Business Administration and Finance from Eastern Michigan University. Mr. Kilby brings hands on management within the manufacturing and financial services industries. Previously with W industries from 2006-2011 and JPMorgan Chase Bank from 1985-2006, Mr. Kilby has over 20 years of commercial banking experience.

Ms. Lauren Jenrette received her B.A. in interior design from San Diego State University. Ms. Jenrette has experience working directly with clients in both residential and commercial projects. In 2009, Ms. Jenrette began her own freelance design business, Design Advice Studio. Ms. Jenrette has also spent several years in the SaaS industry with TargetSolutions.
