Luis was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico. He has a computer systems engineering degree from “Tecnológico de Monterrey”. He also spent one semester in Paris studying in one of the top 10 business schools in Europe (ESSEC). This educational background led him to develop a passion for business and technology. He previously co-founded and was the CEO of a successful startup in Mexico that was awarded the first prize for the Intel Challenge.

Kosta has a passion for growing companies from the ground up. Prior to founding Vionic, Kosta created several companies in the technology and direct sales sectors. Most recently, Kosta co-founded a direct sales company in the energy drink market that today operates in over 30+ countries, with sales in excess of $74 million. Kosta is recognized as a SME in the Sales Industry, and he is a frequent presenter at conferences worldwide.

Katie was born and raised in San Diego, California. She has over 6 years of experience in office management and operations. Katie joined Vionic in 2010 as one of the first employees on the team. As the Director of Operations and Executive Assistant she works directly for the Chief Executive Officer, along with being the office manager. Katie is passionate in helping others and making a difference in people’s lives.
