He has a rare combination of visionary analytical skills and a reputation as a dynamic consensus-builder to move challenging projects forward. He is a graduate of the U of W.

Craig Ranta is the Founder and Chief Technical Officer for Vioguard LLC. Craig has over 27 years in electronics design, hardware development and project management. Prior to Vioguard Craig served as the Senior Director of Hardware Development for Microsoft Corporation. He also served as Director for Microsoft Surface, Director of Technology Development, Xbox Wireless Test Director, and founder/Chairman of the Bluetooth Human Interface Group.

Roger Pangan is a Senior Project Manager with over 17 years of experience in project management, operations management and manufacturing setup. As a project lead, Roger has been successful at cultivating his teams into cohesive groups that were able to meet targeted deadlines for successful launches. Roger is a graduate of the Jackson School of International Studies University of Washington and received his MBA from the University of Hawaii.
