    Mr Cardoza operated the Massachusetts chain Cardoza’s Wine & Spirits for over 23 years, as well as spin-offs Top Shelf Beverage Catering and Cork wine & tapas bar for 18 years and 6 years. Involved with growing California wine brands in Massachusetts from the late 1980’s through 2010, he created longstanding relationships with many top California wineries and their executives, giving him a direct line to an endless supply of top quality wine.
