Phil manages all aspects of ViiNetwork's development, in addition to raising capital and developing strategic business relationships. Phil co-founded and started the baseball training business (PBT) in 2008 that laid the groundwork for ViiNetwork. He grew PBT from 0-10,000+ players in a year. Prior, he was the National Youth Director for a Sports Recruiting Service, assistant coach at JHU Baseball, and managed training for a healthcare company.

Paul manages all aspects of service and support for ViiNetwork. Prior to ViiNetwork, he co-founded the Baseball Training company (PBT), played professional baseball with the Baltimore Orioles for 4 years, and graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Pre-Med degree.

Steve has been with ViiNetwork since its inception. He develops with the company's three full-time developers, two outside video developers, and works with our Tier III SSAE 16 Type ii Data Center. Prior to ViiNetwork, Steve managed development teams at a DC based development group and ran his own free-lance web design and development business.

Sheldon (Shelley) manages our business development and alliance program. Additionally, he currently acts as the company's CFO. Prior to ViiNetwork, Shelley was an executive at various well-estanblished Healthcare IT companies, e.g. CEO of Misys Physician Systems, a $350M H.I.T.(1,200+ employees.) In early 90's, Shelley took a software company, which he founded, public. He brings worlds of experience to ViiNetwork's management team.

Tom Kuegler (TK) manages key technology integrations that lead to distribution channels for ViiNetwork. TK is the managing parter for Wasabi Venture Capital, one of ViiNetwork's key investment partners and business accelerator programs.
