VideoPin enables users to add comments to specific scenes of any internet video and share that in social networks.
Text linked with video scene enhances user experience (user can discuss moments, go directly to commented scene) and improves the search availability of video content (jump to the relevant video moment from the Google search results).
As for usage model, we are Pinterest like service, applied not to pictures but to video scenes.
