Bob has been an entrepreneur for 30 years. He has founded two software companies. One of these companies grew from 10 to 330 employees in 18 months and was listed on the NASDAQ. Bob also founded a law enforcement products company developing electronic weapons. He was involved in all aspects of development including design, manufacturing techniques and processes, building a sales team and its methodology, and marketing plan.

Dave has been a tool builder and designer for 30 years. He has worked for General Electric, TriTown Plastics, and Karbon Arms. He was responsible for overseeing day to day manufacturing at TriTown and at Karbon as well as responsible for all mold designs and their fabrication. Dave has a diverse design background from making guns for Smith and Wesson to making street lamps to food delivery products.

Wayne Thomas, Chief Financial Officer. Wayne is a CPA with extensive public and private company experience. He was a Division Controller for EDS, a CFO for Alydaar Software, a public company, and consultant for numerous small businesses. Wayne’s skill set includes finding manufacturing efficiencies and implementing standards and procedures. He has strong background in inventory processes as well as forecasting.
