Dr. Tarver brings a strong record of management and leadership in dynamic scientific and business environments. James has served as Executive Director in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Pennsylvania for four years, and he spent 9 years at Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where he was Associate Director in the Medicinal Chemistry department. He has depth of knowledge in drug discovery R&D, with a focus on bone disease and immunology.

Dr. Pignolo is a professor and clinician at Penn's School of Medicine, with expertise in biogerontology, geriatrics, and metabolic bone disease. He has a clinical and basic research insights into pathology that contributes to aging, particularly as related to bone formation and remodeling. He is the Director of the Ralston-Penn Clinic for Osteoporosis and Related Bone Disorders, as well as the Ian Cali Distinguished Clinical Scientist.

Patty has held various senior sales and marketing positions in the pharmaceutical, asset management, and luxury goods industries and has a proven record of helping companies achieve growth through product positioning, corporate branding and sales and marketing campaign execution. She currently holds the position of Director of Management at Clark Capital Management Group, a Philadelphia-based independent asset manager.
