As Chief Financial Officer, Perry oversees various finance related functions, including investor relations, budgeting, pricing, deal structuring, legal, business development and joint ventures. With prior corporate experience in managing portfolios of over USD250 million in assets and a background in private equity, corporate and structured finance, he will be involved in the negotiation and structuring of complex deals on behalf of the company.

With a background in strategy, research and consulting for multiple tech companies, and a flair for entrepreneurship, marketing and de-centralised technologies, Joseph is well equipped to lead the team towards the vision of creating a new age one-stop corporate booking platform with automated expense policy compliance and approval.
