Her role at Via TRM includes an ever-changing mix of business development, product ownership, design thinking, user & customer engagement, content creation, and process implementation. She is an expert question asker and an avid traveler.

Jen heads up product and keeps the lights on, the books current, and the government happy for Via TRM. She got her start in the entrepreneurship community in Chicago, where she worked in finance, operations, and technology for more than a decade.

Before Project Travel, Natalie worked more than 10 years in international admissions and global internships. She is a content marketing whiz with a penchant for market research. She designs the customer journey and ensures Via TRM delivers a good experience for the client.

Tynan has more than 15 years of experience in software development, product management & delivery, and business development. He serves as Via TRM's fractional CTO to provide resources and guidance in product to market decisions, release planning and implementation, technical hiring, and custom integrations.

Jared is a sales maverick with previous experience at SaaS startups including SendGrid, Napkin Labs, and Jive Software. He drives business development at Via TRM for both US and international clients.

Michael has 15 years experience in business development at study abroad and global internship companies prior to coming to Via TRM. He heads up business development on the East Coast and as an industry expert, he works a conference expo hall like a champ.
