Company Summary

There is a large, unmet need for a better vascular graft to revascularize late stage patients with peripheral artery disease. Approximately 70% of prosthetic vascular grafts in the lower leg fail within two years. When they fail, the only remaining therapeutic recourse is amputation. In gold standard animal trials, vascular grafts with our patented coating reduced restenosis and intimal hyperplasia 50% - 60% compared to ePTFE grafts.
