    Paul's background is in the restaurant industry and the performing arts. When living in San Francisco and then New York City, he worked for several of the most influential restauranteurs in the business including Thomas Keller, Danny Meyer, Sirio Maccioni, and Wolfgang Puck. Before moving to Vermont, Paul served as a sommelier for Per Se during it's first year. A consummate salesman, Paul could be considered the personality of the company.
