Dr. Fang is founder and CSO of Veritract. Dr. Fang is also clinical director of the University of Utah Division of Gastroenterology, as well as a medical director of the Endoscopy Laboratory at the University of Utah Health Science Center. Dr. Fang earned his undergraduate and medical degrees at Washington University in St. Louis.

Hunter is a founder, Chairman and CEO of Navigen and CEO of Veritract. He was co-founder and served as Chairman and CEO of NPS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:NPSP) from 1986 to 2006. Hunter is a member of the Governing Authority of the Utah Science, Technology, and Research Economic Development Initiative (USTAR) and received the 1998 Ernst & Young Utah Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the 2002 Utah Governor’s Medal for Science and Technology.

Brandi is Chief Business Officer of Veritract and Navigen. She has held positions in business development and corporate strategy at NPS Pharmaceuticals. Brandi began her career as an investment banking analyst at Merrill Lynch and then worked in the life sciences practice at Booz Allen & Hamilton. She has an MBA from Stanford University and graduated from the University of Utah summa cum laude with an honors degree in finance.

Tim NiemanCOO
Tim Nieman is Chief Operating Officer of Veritract. He holds a BS in Bioengineering and has 14+ years of medical device development and design control experience. His experience includes development of technologies for cardiac surgery, vascular surgery, stent and catheter based technologies, LVADs, and laser tissue ablation devices. He has previously directed and conducted product development within the FDA regulatory environment.
