A seasoned business executive with 33 years experience in the insurance industry, Doug is President & CEO of Goran Capital Inc., a Toronto-based holding company. Doug is also President and CEO of Symons International Group Inc. of Indiana. Goran Capital is focused on private equity investments. In 2008 Doug placed his first investment in VeriCorder Technology. Doug is a member of the World Presidents Organization.

Gary is a co-founder of VeriCorder, having developed our cutting-edge media publishing technologies. He is an award-winning veteran journalist and editor for news organizations such as the CBC. His challenge was to cover news in remote areas, with little or no broadband coverage! He conceived and helped develop CBC’s first wireless reporting field kit. Gary has raised $3 million to finance VeriCorder’s operations. (25+ years experience).

Bill Green, CMA, has nearly 25 yrs work experience. He began with a startup, which grew to 350+ locations across North America; and then spent 13 yrs with Slocan Forest Products, managing budgets of $30M+, as well as planning & guiding growth in operations: including the development of product selection models. Bill joined VeriCorder in 2010 and has developed all financial & admin. structures necessary to drive the company forward.

Currently, VeriCorder has a small sales team and an expanding distribution network. On successful completion of the financing round, we plan to add a VP of Sales & Marketing.
