Graduated with a BS in Computer Engineering from Marquette University in 2008. Has been in consulting and engineering sales for 8 years and engineering dental/medical products for 5 years. Multiple filed patents in the healthcare field under his name and is a serial inventor.

Joe was most recently an engineer at Northrop Grumman with a focus on air defense system design. Formerly, Joe worked as an engineer at Signode designing industrial parts and tooling. Joe is a recent graduate of Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering. In between reading up on new tooling designs Joe likes to train for triathalons and recently finished a course in sketch/improv comedy from Second City Theater

Lou is a serial inventor and entrepreneur and with one patent pending. He has a significant background biologic/medical device sales for close to 10 years with a keen understanding of medical sales both direct and through distribution (with many contacts in each). He received his BS from Marquette University '07 and his MBA from UW-Whitewater.
