Verdure Imaging Technologies will manufacture and sell diagnostic ultrasound equipment that will be used to track spinal bones in 3D for the use of treatment and diagnosis of scoliosis and other spinal alignment conditions. Current technology limits the diagnosis of such conditions to ionizing radiation or very slow and cumbersome MRI technology. There is not a solution currently using harmless ultrasound imaging technologies.
