Mr Mayo is a disruptive innovator with a number of industry firsts including the first data communication switch, Voice-over-IP, and virtual private networking (VPN). Mr. Mayo led the engineering and operations teams at Ardent Communications, which sold to Cisco Systems for over $200M and became the largest division at Cisco. Mr Mayo has the technical background to solve the most difficult challenges and business acumen to create new markets.

Dr. William Mayo, professor emeritus at Rutgers, taught material science for over 25 years. Dr. Mayo holds a number of patents in new materials as well as novel material analysis techniques. Dr. Mayo also worked for industry stalwarts such as Bell Laboratories &TRW. Dr. Mayo earned his PhD at Rutgers, and performed undergraduate and graduate studies at Carnegie Mellon University with post-doctorate studies at prestigious Bell Laboratories.

Mr. Gapsch has over 35 years of professional technical management experience. Prior to Secure Pharma Chain, Mr. Gapsch was owner and managed an independent consulting group, Technical Solutions. Mr. Gapsch served as Vice President of Emerge Interactive from its inception through its initial public offering. Mr Gapsch led diverse applications for the US government, commercial maritime operations, banking industry, and animal diagnostics.

With over 35 years of experience with NASA and the Naval Research Laboratory, Mr. Dozier’s primary experience has been in x-ray diffraction and fluorescence. Mr. Dozier’s research included the use of x-ray technologies in weapons development, plasma physics, radiation hardened microelectronics, dosimetry and other material sciences. Mr. Dozier holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Wake Forest University.
