Jane brings two decades of experience in financial management and operations in a range of technology companies, from start-ups to large, public companies. Jane previously handled finance and operations at Tampa Bay Technology Forum. Jane also served as Director of Shared Services at Syniverse Technologies and as Senior Manager of Accounting for VeriSign’s Mobile, Media, & Messaging business. Jane holds a MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, MA.

Jon brings 25+ years of experience in satellite, sports, media & entertainment, and telecom, with an emphasis on building competitive, profitable businesses. Most recently, Jon founded Vubiquity, where he held key roles, including COO and Chief Corporate Development Officer. Jon was responsible for mergers & acquisitions (6 in 7 years), global strategy, new market verticals, territory expansion (30 countries), and $250M in annual revenue.

Karri brings 15+ years of experience across technology, media & entertainment, and entrepreneurial startups. Karri previously served in a variety of senior roles at Vubiquity, including operations, commercial delivery, marketing, finance, and project management. Karri was Founder & CEO of Media Gateway, a Dubai-based aggregation model business. Karri has a total of 5 start-up ventures under her belt, financed through both VC and Private Equity.

Nimish has spent most of his 17+ years in software focused on cutting-edge technologies, including more than a decade developing applications in the mobile & wireless sector. Nimish is Founder and CEO of eMbience, a leading provider of mobile applications and proximity marketing solutions for sports, media, and entertainment companies. Nimish founded and later successfully sold Calyx Software Pvt. Ltd. He also founded Mast Mobile Media Pvt. Ltd.

Chris brings 25+ years of experience across sports and technology. Chris spent 22 years at the Portland Trailblazers, the last 12 as CIO, a role in which he spearheaded the team’s technology strategy and execution. After the Blazers, Chris joined the Sports & Entertainment Alliance in Technology (“SEAT”) as VP of Business Development. Chris has used his industry knowledge and expertise to consult for a wide range of sports technology companies.
