Company Summary

Ventura Limoncello's mission is to be the premier producer of Limoncello style liqueurs in the United States. Formed in 2007 and run by husband and wife team James and Manuela Carling, our liqueurs follow our 3-generation old Italian family recipe and we use citrus grown in Ventura County, CA. Our products are all-natural and handcrafted. No artificial colors/flavors. Affluent, well-traveled, "foodie" lovers enjoy our products.

    James has 20+ years in the direct to consumer industry, working up to senior executive level. His expertise is in Operations, Business Process Management, Customer Service and IT. He has a strong understanding of brand marketing and management.

    In his role as President, James is responsible for overall company direction, sales & marketing, inventory management and production.

    Vice President

    A native of Rome, Italy, Manuela has extensive experience in the food service industry. Her grandmother's recipe, which she learned from her mother, is the basis for Ventura Limoncello.

    Manuela is responsible for the product and production. Nothing leaves the facility without her approval.
