He was deployed with WB Health and Family Welfare Deptt. as Consulting Advisor from KPMG to oversee implementation of IT projects in the Government Hospitals.

He is a Co-founder Director of Ventona HealthTech and has been in the organisation from its inception.

Sandip is a Computer Engineer and an Ashoka Changemaker Scholar. Has 18+ years of diverse experience in Corporates and MNCs in various positions across industry verticals such as IT, Healthcare and Social sector.
Sandip along with few like minded professional associates launched Ventona HealthTech with the vision to promote preventive home care and provide affordable health solutions to patients by creating collaborative partnership ecosystem.

Dr. Agrawal has experience of 33 years in clinical medicine. He developed his adept skills in operational management and public health during his tenure at Damodar Valley Corporation as Director of Health Services across all divisions.

Dr. Agrawal provides his expert guidance on both preventive and emergency healthcare services and is a force behind Ventona HealthTech team in this noble endeavour.

Indrajit is a management graduate in IT with an experience of over 15 years in solution designing. He is a thorough professional adept in application development and software implementation for domestics and overseas clients.

He provides the back end integration of devices with point-of-care delivery. He is well trained in analytical skills and people management and has thorough process and health domain knowledge.
