Rob has 12 years experience in sales, sales management and business development roles gained within the broader environmental industries including 8 years specifically within the energy efficiency market (New Build and Retrofit construction sectors) and brings a strong network of contacts within local authority, housing association as well as the “Big 6” energy company decision makers.

Inventor of the Year (Autodesk 2012), Tom is the Founder of Ventive and a dedicated inventor (filing his first patent application at the age of 12). Tom is a no nonsense character and believes in practical and commercially sustainable approaches to tackling environmental issues.
Winner of multiple Energy Efficiency Awards (including Best Carbon Reduction and Best Sustainable Building projects), Tom is highly regarded within the retrofit arena.

Andrew is also head of Cleantech at leading fund provider, Mercia where he has a demonstrable track record of successful new business launches within this space. He brings immense knowledge and drive to the leadership of the company.
