Over 15 years experience in industry as an automation engineer (programmer) and automation engineering project manager. He has worked for many of the blue chip high volume manufacturing companies in diverse sectors including medical device, semiconductors, and pharmaceuticals. Joe was an automation project manager at Wyeth / Pfizer and headed a commissioning team of fifteen engineers before incorporating VentiSys in late 2007 with Jon Guymer

Jon has over 14 years experience of software engineering and programming of IT and IT security projects, prior experience includes leading software design and development of dynamic web sites and web applications. Jon specializes in cloud technologies and their requisite security techniques and was the lead software developer at Wyeth reporting to Joe Morrissey. Jon co-founded VentiSys with Joe Morrissey in 2007.
