SANTOS MORALES’ has more than 16 yrs working in key management positions with various not-for-profit organizations. He has more than 10 yrs of experience working with commercial corridors and implementing economic development and revitalization initiatives. He has directed multiple entrepreneurship development programs assisting hundreds of individuals to start and grow their business. He has a Master’s degree in Management from the New School.

RAYMOND CASTERLINE is a 25 yr veteran in the area of Systems and Enterprise Management and has a proven track record as a consultant in bringing complex products to market on budget. He was the Embedded Systems Practice Manager for EMRT Consultants and a co-founder of Lodesterre, which was acquired by EMRT. He has presented at various industry forums and conferences. He holds a Bachelors in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.

CRAIG GODFREY has served in management positions in the hospitality industry over the past 35 years. His extensive experience includes hotel, B&I, bar and nightclub, sole proprietor, private equity, corporate and chain organizations. Craig worked for 25 years at Charlie Brown’s, where he as EVP of Operations built the company’s brand and managed 90 restaurants operating three brands in eleven states with sales of approximately $250 million.
