Hughes was purchased by Verizon for $612M in July 2012, yielding a 5x return on initial investor capital. Fred’s team also developed the usage-based insurance data system used by some of the leading US insurance companies.

Joe Fuller is an electrical engineer and MBA who has led the development and launch of dozens of products and services across a variety of technology sectors. In his most recent role with Airsage, Joe developed deep expertise in network-based mobile data collection and analysis, which has direct application to the business being pursued by Vehcon.

Lior Weinstein joined the Vehcon team following a career in mobile and web-based companies based in Israel. Lior is an expert in consumer engagement using mobile apps and image-based mobile technologies.

Randy HolmesVP Data Strategy
Randy Holmes has a long career in data acquisition, sales and strategy. After working with ChoicePoint, the largest supplier of analyzed data for the auto insurance industry, he joined Fred’s team at Hughes Telematics where he developed customer relationships with the leading US and international auto insurance companies. Randy was also an executive in Qualcomm’s telematics business unit, before joining Vehcon in late 2012.
