Mark is a seasoned METS (mining, equipment, technology and services) industry executive. Having held prior upper management and CEO roles for tier one mining services contractor businesses over the course of his career. Mark has invested his own money into Vayeron. He did so after being part of the company (at the coal face) for 6 months.

Jhon takes care of all Vayeron’s manufacturing endeavours and conveyor idler integration work. Jhon has prior experience gained through working with
companies such as Schneider Electric and GroundProbe.

David is in charge of our electronic hardware, embedded systems and software. Under Paul’s tutelage, David
has been part of the Smart-Idler® development since day one and is a fellow investor in Vayeron. David has solely carried the electronics design forward for the past 24months. He has ~7 years’ experience designing a range of radio connected products.
