    Chief Executive Officer

    Mr. Maxey founded Vartega Carbon Fiber Recycling to develop superior carbon fiber recycling processes and thereby drive sustainable and widespread carbon fiber adoption. Prior to founding Vartega, Mr. Maxey served as Vice President, Engineering at CO2Nexus: directing their design and development efforts in novel carbon dioxide technology and process applications.

    Chief Commercial Officer

    Mr. Gary joins Vartega with a strong history of Project Management and Business Development experience. While serving in a Project Management role for Air Reps he was responsible for consistently managing over $5 million worth of revenue per year. His strong technical understanding and excellent communication has allowed him to build a reputation of trust with his colleagues and clients.

    Vice President, Engineering

    Mr. Kline leads technical hardware development for Vartega. He brings over 8 years of experience in the oil and gas processing industry, and has designed and applied relevant hardware solutions for high pressure gas and liquid applications. He has extensive experience in pressure vessel design, and is equally capable performing thermal and sustained stress evaluations using computer aided finite element analysis.

    Chief Operating Officer

    A native of New Zealand, Alice has a bachelor of Chemical and Materials Engineering from the University of Auckland and brings over a decade of engineering and project management experience. Prior to Vartega, Alice was central to the growth of LanzaTech Inc; a gas-fermentation bio-commodities company. Alice supports Vartega's suite of technical and business projects and is in the final stages of completing her MBA at the University of Denver.
