Varsa is a web-based system to capture patient-reported outcomes and provide real time information back to care managers. Varsa automates outreach by sending short forms to the patient to complete. Our system compiles these responses into actionable notifications and summaries for the care staff, equipping care managers with the meaningful tools that they need. By digitally storing and organizing this information, we track outcomes throughout the care process. Varsa operates on a subscription-based model tiered based on usage and serves integrated health systems and health plans that have significant populations of individuals with chronic conditions.
