Having extensive knowledge and established relationships within the e-cigarette community Ardo is determined to turn the world tobacco free.

Jaanus is a Creative director and UI/UX guru whose work is all about user experience and design thinking. He's been a design mentor in a number of Garage48 startup hackhatons. He helps companies boost their marketing and business development sides. The most notable of them is Lingvist. Jaanus created a designers' union in Uganda where he acted as a startup mentor in late 2014. He also founded a design news community called UIUXNow.

Henry built and burned one the first e-cigarette companies with Ardo. After that he moved to the UK where founded a company providing IT solutions that later merged with Laborint Group in Estonia. The new company, OYE Network is currently running a 10 member team that has made over 500 projects developing backend systems and e-commerce solutions for clients in Estonia, UK and Asia
