Eric Van Hoose has 40+ years experience with the government. He founded Van Hoose Associates (VHA) in 1984. As President, he is responsible for strategic direction and sales. For the first 16 years , VHA supported several clients--clients with government contract awards over $50 million. For the past several years , VHA has focused on delivering its own patented Software and Services, achieving over $5M in sales to the government.

David Vicars joined VHA as Chief Executive Officer in 1999, and is responsible for product development and deployments. Prior to this he had twenty eight years of AF and DOD contracting experience included three years as the Chief Information Officer for the Defense Logistics Agency in Columbus Ohio. His capability aligns with VHA’s strategic direction of offering our software product for all groups working with government acquisition processes.
