We will grow fruits, vegetables, nuts and herbs. We will capitalize on natures rhythms. Using permaculture to design our farm we will be able to grow more food with less inputs than conventional farming. Our customers are people who are passionate about their food and their health. Food and wine tourism is at the heart of our plan, as we are looking to start the farm on Pelee Island, a popular spot on the Ontario wine route, a tourist destination
