Company Summary

Valkyrie Truck Co. was founded to create adjustable bases that riders want to use. The idea came out of the frustration of having to purchase and trade bases to get desired angles, only to then have to compensate for changes in ride height. Even in the best of circumstance, we were still limited to the angles we could purchase, and the compatibility between brands. Now, VTC bases allow users to tune their setups for the terrain they're riding.

    Evan Aamodt is a graduate student pursuing a Masters in Mechanical Engineering at Lehigh University having completed undergraduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and IBE-Management. Evan constantly pursues independent design projects outside of school, and decided to start Valkyrie Truck Co. after recognizing an unmet opportunity in the longboarding market.

    Vice President

    Andy is currently a Lehigh Uniersity Master’s student studying Political Science, as well as a Community Fellow working with the Lehigh Valley Community Land Trust. Prior to graduate studies he studied Political Science at Lehigh University, where he met Evan. Longboard product design remains a frequent topic of discussion beteween the two so, after Evan made the decision to start Valkyrie Truck Co, Andy was offered a position within the company.
