Validately is my third startup. I sold my first two to LivingSocial and TripAdvisor, respectively. In between, I ran the publisher business for Quantcast turning it around into a growing and profitable business line. I also had a management role at DoubleClick. I graduated with honors from Harvard Business School and George Washington University. I have 2 high energy sons and a very supportive wife.

Mark founded CVSDude, which he sold to CollabNet in 2010. CVSDude's product stored a company's source code in the cloud. Although, there was no such label as "the cloud" when he started the company in 2002. He was the original/sole developer and built a 19 person engineering team. CVSDude generated several million in revenues before its sale. Mark was also the founding CTO of Appointuit, which is Australia's leading doctor scheduling service.

Jessica is an experienced entrepreneur and executive. Jessica is an alumni of McKinsey and Harvard Business School. She sold her first company to MediaOcean for a sizable return for investors.

Natalie has worked in digital products for 7 years and has consulted to startups and enterprises on how to implement and scale Lean UX/Lean Startup. Past companies include ThoughtWorks and Ericsson. She has a BSc in Computer Science from The University of Melbourne, Australia and is currently undertaking an MBA part-time at NYU.
