Company Summary
UV Aquastar develops affordable, battery and solar powered devices that treat water with UV light, killing pathogens and making it safe to drink. The UN reports that some 783 million people still don't have access to safe water. Poor quality drinking water in India and awareness of the effects of this means that the demand for reliable treatment equipment is high and the market is expected to show double-digit growth over the next few years.
