Munya studied Marketing Communications at the Institute of Marketing Management. He joined Ussac Holdings SA in 2014 as the company mandate, which evolved towards the end of 2014 to that of Head of Marketing. Munya is also Director at Green Lodges Africa (LGA), a subsidiary of Ussac Holdings Limited. His background is grounded in advertising, marketing and Communications.

Gerry has been instrumental in spearheading USSAC Networks. He studied and learnt all about technologies in the telecommunications industry with Hemet Engineers who introduced him to the telecommunications industry. In 2009/10 he obtained a network license to operate 4G Networks in Botswana. Gerry is also an Entrepreneur, Innovator and Engineer proven in his abilities to design an Internet Portal for the horse-racing industry.

In 1991 he was employed by EMLC (Pty) Ltd (part of the Armscor Group) as Senior Technician in their RF Research and Development division. February 1999: Werner went to ATIO Telecommunication as System Technologist,designing V-SAT systems. In June 2000 Telkom SA Ltd employed Werner as a Specialist Tier 2. Werner's responsibilities were for strategic and technical direction, customization, operation and support of Network Systems nationally.

Lance is highly qualified in both mechanical and design engineering. He started his carrier at Barclay's Bank, then joined National Cash Register to assist with decimalization program. In 1968 he joined Edgar Allen as the Technical Director of their mining division. Soon after he accepted a position as Director at Namascor Steel. He then spent 5 years at Steel-world as the MD .
