The Online store pays me a commison and i share it with my user. So the incentive for my user is they always get a better deal by getting cash back.

I need this investment to buy a website that is responsive and has a mobile App for android and IOS. I also need the investment to implement my knowledge of paid advertising as well as my time to advertise organically to make the site go viral and get as many users as possible.
