Robin Baker is the UMB's founder and CEO. A serial entrepreneur and successful lawyer, Robin practiced for 35+ years with Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart P.A.,. a law firm of 180+ lawyers practicing across 18 practices. Robin founded and served as president of a real estate insurance agency for over 25 years. Robin retired from these positions in 2020 to focus on UMB.

UMB's CTO Gene Pence is a technology expert with 25+ years leadership experience in software development, application implementations, product management and RFP development. He has served in leadership roles for companies such as ILG, Aqua-Aston Hospitality and Interval International.

Beth has spent 15+ years working with emerging growth firms and has held management positions for companies with revenues of over $100 million. Beth has raised $60 million in private debt and equity funding during her career and has extensive experience in licensing.

Kelly is UMB’s loyalty program industry advisor and has 25+ years of experience as loyalty strategist, consultant and practitioner with over 85 companies such as ExxonMobil, FedEx, Verizon, HP, and American Express. She is a former Managing Partner of COLLOQUY, the leading publishing, research and educational organization for the loyalty industry.

Our system developer Edison Jimenez has 8+ years of experience building mobile applications for companies like Formstack, Life360, Appirio, and more. He specializes in software engineering tools such as ReactJS, React Native, NodeJS, and Flutter to build these applications. Edison is a former instructor for Bloc and Thinkful and has several years of experience teaching students to code.

Caroline is an experienced professional in marketing and entrepreneurship. She has successfully designed marketing strategies that helped many businesses reach exceptional growth through impactful digital marketing campaigns. Several companies hit their first $1 million in sales under her guidance.
